1. Free Trial

We offer a free trial with 1000 credits to new users. This allows you to test our service before committing to a paid subscription. No payment information is required for the free trial.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all features until the subscription expires
  • Any unused credits will remain available until the subscription period ends
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method

3. Refund Policy

We strive to provide excellent service, but we understand that sometimes our service may not meet your expectations. Our refund policy is as follows:

3.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase
  • Refunds are only considered for technical issues that prevent you from using the service
  • Refunds may be granted at our discretion for exceptional circumstances

3.2 Refund Limitations

  • Refunds are only available for the last subscription amount paid
  • Refunds are only considered if the credits from that subscription have not been used
  • Once credits are consumed from a subscription, that subscription becomes non-refundable
  • Partial refunds are not available for partially used credit packages

3.3 Non-Refundable Items

  • Credits that have been successfully used to extract leads
  • Subscription renewals after the initial billing period
  • Add-on credit purchases
  • Services used beyond the 7-day refund window

4. Credit System

Our service operates on a credit-based system where 1 credit = 1 successfully extracted lead. Credits are:

  • Only deducted for successfully extracted leads with valid data
  • Rolled over to the next billing period for active subscriptions
  • Non-transferable between accounts
  • Valid only during your active subscription period

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Refunds, when approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you have any billing disputes or refund requests, please contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account may be suspended.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify our pricing, features, or service offerings at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of any changes that affect their current subscription.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for remaining subscription time or unused credits.
