2. Subscription Cancellation

  • No further charges will be made to your payment method

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. You can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription if:

Credit Refunds

6. Service Credits

  • Can be used for future extractions
  • Do not expire as long as your account remains active
  • Cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash

7. Downgrade Policy

You can downgrade your subscription plan at any time. When downgrading:

  • Changes take effect at the next billing cycle
  • Unused credits from your current plan will be preserved
  • No prorated refunds are provided for downgrades
  • You retain access to current plan features until the billing cycle ends

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for refunds due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions.
