By accessing and using Ample Leads ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Ample Leads provides Apollo lead extraction and data scraping services. Our platform allows users to extract publicly available contact information and company data from Apollo.io search results.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respecting data privacy and protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Using extracted data responsibly and ethically
• Not attempting to circumvent our security measures
• Not sharing your account credentials with others

4. Credit System and Billing

Our service operates on a credit-based system where 1 credit equals 1 extracted lead. Credits are:

• Deducted only for successfully extracted leads
• Non-refundable once used
• Valid for the duration of your active subscription
• Rolled over to the next billing period with active subscriptions

5. Data Usage and Privacy

We extract publicly available data from Apollo.io. Users must:

• Comply with applicable data protection laws
• Obtain necessary consents before contacting extracted leads
• Respect opt-out requests from contacted individuals
• Use data only for legitimate business purposes

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ample Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and any unused credits will be forfeited unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
