Ample Leads provides lead extraction and data scraping services from Apollo.io and other platforms. Our service allows users to extract contact information and company data for business development purposes.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the extracted data for spam or unsolicited communications without proper consent

5. Data Usage and Privacy

The data extracted through our Service is sourced from publicly available information. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of this data complies with applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM Act.

6. Payment and Billing

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when leads are successfully extracted. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies are detailed in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. Users may cancel their subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ample Leads and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ample Leads be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ample Leads from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ample Leads operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
